Radion fan summer clean up

Here comes the nice weather promise.
With temperatures rising it would be a good time to give the Fan on your Radion that well over due late spring clean. Yeah I know you were going to get round to it so here’s your gentle nudge.

Radions have pretty efficient heatsinks and over the years we have seen them still running with just a fraction of the intake open and when the fan was removed 70% of the heatsink ducts blocked with accumulated dust not recommended as operating LED like this will shorten there life.

The fact is our lives are pretty dusty even more so if you live near a busy road or have fluffy as well as scaled pets. Keeping the fan intake, the fan itself and surrounding heatsink intake clear, will keep your Radion operating at optimum and improve the life of your light.

As you can see below we get a few back for service that make us wonder how they are still operating.
