Mobius upgrade chips [UK only]

We are pleased to say UK customers can now order the upgrade chips required to bring your older devices up to Mobius compatible. This can be checked if they need a new chip via devices in Ecosmart live. These are offered at a discounted price for an introductory period.

This offer is limited to a maximum of 6 chips per household UK customers only. If you have the need for more than that number please contact us through our support page as we will need to verify the device serial numbers.

If you are upgrading to the Mobius from the app store there will be a firmware upgrade to do. We recommend disabling incoming phone service but keeping Bluetooth enabled during the update as incoming calls can disrupt upgrades. It is also good practice to switch off other devices you are not updating and work on one device at a time.
